REFUND POLICY

At Joystick Junction, we aim to provide every guest with an unforgettable retro gaming experience. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Here’s our clear and fair refund policy: 1. Café Services & Entry Passes Same-day cancellations are non-refundable once your game station or event slot has been reserved. Advance bookings (24+ hours before visit) may be canceled for a full refund or rescheduled with no fee up to 12 hours before the scheduled time. If you arrive late and miss your reserved playtime, no refund will be issued—but we’ll do our best to accommodate you based on availability. 2. Event Tickets (Tournaments, Game Nights, Parties) Event tickets are refundable only if canceled at least 48 hours in advance. No-shows or late cancellations (less than 48 hours before the event) are non-refundable, as space is limited and demand is high. If an event is canceled by Joystick Junction, you will receive a full refund or credit toward a future event—your choice. 3. Food & Beverage Orders Once an order is prepared or served, no refunds will be issued for food or drinks unless there is a proven quality issue. If you have allergies or dietary restrictions, please inform our team before placing an order. 4. Merchandise We accept returns for unused/unworn merchandise within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt. Refunds will be issued in the original payment method. Opened video games, used accessories, or customized items (e.g., gamer tags, printed mugs) are non-returnable unless defective.
